Gift

It was a Father's Day gift and my father in law loved it. He's a former airplane mechanic and works on antique mustangs so if he thought it was great...it was a great item.

Tabata

This is my new favorite workout. Tabata style is 20 minutes of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 reps. I'm drenched and feeling fantastic when I finish this work out. You must put yourself in the zone because it is hard. I've worked out 6 1/2 years straight and I'm in pretty good shape and this DVDs gives me a challenge.

Excellent

This dvd gives you a great 30 minute exercise routine. It is broken up with kettle bell and cardio intervals. I love it.
