I tried to check with the seller several times but wasn't even replied with any sense of urgency to until I brought up wanting a refund. At which time, they asked for two more days. After those two days I said I want my refund as the product tracker showed the item was never even dropped off for shipping; they said "not my problem anymore, take it up with the shippers." It's been almost a month since I bought it and nothing.
