Why bother?
I suppose if a reader had never before encountered the "Irish bouzouki," this thin little volume would be of worth. As it is, a little internet research will yield a great deal more for a lot less than the price for which this is going.
At the time it was written, it was a first; and as such, I suppose, it must be admired.
On today's market, it is quite passe. No tablature is offered. No reliable list of makers is to be had here. The history of the instrument is accurate but more easily available from other sources. Editing is careless and was obviously done in the world BCE (before computer editing).
If you are considering purchasing the book for more than antiquarian reasons, save your money.
