Waste of money

Plastic much too hard and brittle. Broke first time I used it. Might be able to use the telescopic handle for something!!

Great unit. Should have bought a long time ago.

Really easy to set up. Unpack, put a sim in and switch on, locate on your device(s) enter the password (found on back of router) and you are connected in seconds. Now have a download speed of 52Mb/s from local EE mast instead of 1.5Mb/s from my copper land line. Can get sim only deals now from £10 for 30Gb data download.(Plusnet which use EE mast) More than enough for me.

Insufficient capacity of battery to use without power lead

Had problems from the start in that the battery would not hold a charge. Despite my best intentions it would only work for five minutes before it switched off. Suppliers state that on average it should last for 20-25 minutes.(that makes for a long journey!!) They then state the obvious that if I wish to use the power lead it will continue working. I bought a unit with a rechargable battery to not need trailing wires all over my dash. Lesson learnt to buy another Tom Tom
