Controller is very flimsy
The blanket part seems fine.
The controller is very flimsy, don't think I would want to use it to turn on/off regularly, seemed like it would break quickly. Probably will turn on/off via power point instead. Price is so cheap, I guess you cant expect perfection. But got keep in mind it's 240V though, so a failed controller could be dangerous.

Good unit, works well as transmitter or receiver
My father in law has problems with his hearing. Has to have the TV blasting too loud for my poor old mother in law.
I bought one of these to be a transmitter from TV to some bluetooth headphones. Works well! No lip sync problems.
Plugged it into Samsung TV toslink, and plugged USB cable into TV USB port (power source).
MIL can adjust TV to her preferred volume, this doesn't affect the toslink levels. FIL can adjust his volume on his headphones.
After a while though, FIL got sore ears from the big over-ear headphones. So I bought a 2nd 2in1 bluetooth unit and this time set it to be receiver. Plugged into some lightweight "walkman style" headphones. Works well. These don't annoy his ears. And the bluetooth still has no lip sync problems. Had to put a 3.5mm volume control cable inline with the headphones, as the output level from receiver was a bit high and the 2in1 unit doesn't have any adjustment for this. Surprisingly the battery in the receiver lasts a couple of days use before needs to be plugged in to recharge. FIL very happy.

Don't expect miracles
Not sure whether I would recommend this product or not. Was a bit disappointed to be honest.
I have previous used Sony HTC-800 and Bose Solo TV, and both of those are light years ahead of this product. They are much more expensive products though.
