Bargain hubmotor kit. Terrible docs.

Most of the install is super easy. The booklet that accompanies the product is of almost no use at all! Luckily, you can figure out most of everything you need to know, like which connectors get connected with which other connectors. The worst issue is that nowhere does it say how to turn it on! I discovered it by desperately trying everything. To turn the bike on, you must press and hold the middle button of the PAS selector. It's great that a tube and tire are provided, but be aware that the Shrader valve stem is only normal-length; this means it barely penetrates the nicely double-thick rim. As such, prepare to yank the valve long and hard while you put the tube and tire together prior to inflation. A valve-stem extender will help greatly with this. It is all worth it though! You get a real electric bike, once you also buy a battery. Regarding batteries: I have had mixed luck with ebay batteries. One $300+ battery bought this way failed right away. I got a refund but had to eat the return shipping. Better if you buy the battery locally and get someone to stand behind it. By the way, if you google the name on the display, SW-900, you'll find the instruction manual for the controller! This enables you to adjust the top speed and maximum amperage. It was a major discovery and made a noticeable improvement!

Awesome intro to straight-razor shaving

Actually shaved arm hairs right outta the envelope. Recommend stropping and maybe even a brief intro-hone, but this is actually a nice product with a long-lasting edge. Sheath alone worth this price. Wish it was offered with classier scales is all. I'd pay more even for pacca-wood or nacre or even a higher class of plastic. Seller has corresponded w me many times; I recommend him highly.
