  unsettled dispute stemming from incorrectly shipped item which the seller claims he did not make a mistake in shipping, buyer requested an exchange not a refund for a correct radio as was advertised, seller did not agree to do so, I was required to request a buyer protection guarantee from eBay. The radio shown on the photo does not fit an E46.

  The headers were used, and we discussed some flatness issues at the main flange before I made my purchase but there was no photo or description of a failed weld on the main flange that has obviously been leaking exhaust gasses. I received the headers and realized there were photos of all sides except this one. Not great... and now I need to find someone who can weld 304 stainless steel to repair them before I install. Otherwise, nice headers but I didn't account for the added cost to repair.
