  There was a data entry error at location that the package was dropped. Seller handled it all the way through and even offered to pay back quickly if we were unable to track that day. AAA+++ Ebay member . Would definitely purchase through him again .

  Ipad arrives and its account locked. I message the seller and he claims it wasnt locked before it shipped and he rest it back to factory before selling it.. Well, it was locked and anyone that knows anything about Apple products could not have gone through the factory reset without knowing it was locked. Impossible. Only after I called support did he agree to refund. So for that reason alone I give the negative review. Not to mention all the time wasted on waiting for the product/refund. Ugh.
