Good product, lousy support

Product support is very poor on this product. I misplaced the software that goes with it and was totally unable to get the software replaced through their customer support. I still use the product but I have no way to download the blood pressure data. Product good, support poorer than poor.

I have no objective way to measure the effectiveness of the value of this product. I have been using it with the assumption that it is what is claimed on the label. It seems to be doing what is expected ("thinning" my blood).

ViaCAD 2D/3D version 9

Version 9 was purchased as a replacement for version 8 (which was found to be totally unusable with Windows 8). Thus far, I have found the program to be stable and quite usable. I'm still learning how to use it effectively but it's relatively easy to generate 3-D objects. All in all, it is a good value for the price.
