Good mod for any 22-4 owner

Works way better than stock universals. No binding and much more durable. TLR should have included these stock.

Fantastic soldering station for the money

Purchased this for rc racing, where you need a very hot iron to prevent heat soak/damage to sensitive electronic equipment. I also use 10 gauge wiring with high conductivity connectors to maximize efficiency - this creates a challenge for soldering, as heat transfers off the point of soldering very quickly. This iron heats up extremely quickly - on par with higher priced alternatives like Hakko - and gets very hot, while holding temp well. The various tips are a nice bonus, since you typically have to spend more money for larger tips with certain name brand irons. Longevity is still a ? since I've only used this a couple of times over the last month, but the unit seems well constructed. All buttons and knobs are smooth, and all wires are good quality. For the money, highly recommended.
