Get it.
Any story of Hubert "Hugh Baby" Platt is bound to be compelling. Also funny, historical, topical, and a lot more adjectives you can imagine. Especially as it is written by one of his close family members who was there for a lot of the time this book covers. If you are a drag racing fan from the good old days, you need to get this book.

It's decent!
This laptop was purchased as a manufacturer refurbish. It works great now, after I wiped clean the hard drive and reloaded all the software. I think it had some kind of a bug or glitch or virus or something. I wouldn't have been able to do this if my daughter, who is in IT, hadn't walked me through the process over the phone. It works great now, no problems at all. I can't comment on battery life as I use it like a desktop and have it plugged in.

Blu Emu works.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich A buddy of mine told me to try this stuff. Normally, I reject these "snake oil" miracle cures, but to appease him, I used some of his. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it worked. I rubbed a dollop into my elbow, which has recently started to bother me (along with my knees). The pain actually disappeared. And it stayed away for three days. Yesterday, I helped a neighbor of mine do some finish work in a building he just put up, and my right knee was sore when we finished for the day. I applied some Blu Emu and it still is pain free. The only unknown is that the stuff I received is blue, while my buddy's was pink. Don't know if there is a difference, but as of right now, this stuff works. It is a bit pricey, there might be something else that works as well but is cheaper. I'll continue to use this stuff until it no longer works. I'll upgrade this review if/when that happens.
