Incorrectly manufactured

The knobs fit fine, but they are not the right ones for my Belling cooker. The original ones have the strip...which indicates the chosen temperature when the oven/hotplate is turned on,...pointing upwards. On the knobs you have sent me, when they are fitted the strip points downwards, and so indicates an incorrect temperature when they are turned on. I have, to the providers, sent a request for return postage and a refund.
