Neat and compact
Extremely good value for money, and both batteries fully charged on receipt,so could use immediately if required.Well balanced in use.

Very robust and protective
Perfect for my use and my only comment is that although gloves are classed as "large", they are not in my opinion.
I would class my hands as "medium" and anyone with truly large hands would struggle.

Good product, especially its value for money.
I wanted that little bit extra to instant coffee and this product has fulfilled my expectations.Main attributes are
1/ ease of use
2/ cleanliness,quality build and end product coffee standard.
3/ exceptional value for money.
NB. I prefer a little hotter coffee than average, and 10secs in the microwave does the trick!!
