Fat is good for you!

Good for more than just your eyes.
Outstanding product, and good for more than just your eyes. It could almost be a stand-alone multi vitamin. The plastic "internet bottle" is lighter and won't break, good thinking there. I can't complain about the price-- it's not cheap, but Twinlab has a great reputation for quality, and there is a nice mix of ingredients here. If your vision is starting to get a bit fuzzy, NOW is the time to start getting more lutein, zeaxanthin, and eye-specific support nutrients.

Slightly different, in a good way
I have used many different brands of taurine, and it is one of those things that is hard to say "works" or not... but I do notice this one if I forget to put it in my protein shake in the morning... the consistency is a little bit different than several other vendors, but they all seem very much like sugar or salt... this one seems different in that it stays together a little more, I have no idea why. Mixes just fine, no taste, and functions as a pick me up in the mornings... I can tell when I have forgotten it, I am less sharp and focused. Never tried this brand name before but happy with both price and product, will look for their name in the future.
