  Seller sent the item purchased in an old lemonade box, during transit a piece of Lego was broken. I contacted seller to see if they would offer a partial refund to cover the the cost of the piece of broken Lego and they declined (they did offer a full refund, but I thought that was excessive for a single piece which could be easily replaced) saying that because they sold it at the price they did I should be responsible for the broken product. I doubt I will be using this seller again.
