Frustrated and burned out
Im sure the product would work as it should if you could just get on the website to activate it. I have tried six different computers and 3 different phones to try and get it to work. No luck.. turns out, A simple google search shows this is a very common problem.. yet no one has ever tried to resolve the issue. So now I have a new paper weight. Thanks.

The quality is outstanding. It performs very well. Installation was a breeze. The price is a great value. I use it to heat a 5th wheel. Even in very cold weather (20s and lower) it heats the whole 5th wheel through the night. It goes up to 6 on the heat settings but I only set it to 3 as it gets warm quick..I turn it on around 4pm and at 7 am it is still running and fuel left. I would by this again in a heartbeat...
