Outstanding double CD which has now been played virtually every day since I purchased it!
I am a 57 year old man who has always been interested in guitar music but for some unknown reason I have only recently got into the amazingly talented Stevie Ray Vaughan. I have clearly been missing out on a huge amount of staggeringly good music in the many years that I hadn't been listening to this guy. Now that I have acquainted my myself with him I see that I have a lot of catching up to do!. I thoroughly recommend this double CD of Stevie Ray Vaughan and his band Double Trouble as it contains 33 classics of theirs that covers different examples of the bands musical styles in both live and studio recorded sessions. Sadly we lost the hugely talented Stevie to a tragic helicopter accident in 1990 but he left us with a monumentally important and influencial collection of music for us to enjoy forever.
I just keep playing and playing these CD's and they have even spurred me on to pick up one of my guitars again and have a go at trying to learn a few Stevie Ray tracks.... Wish me luck!
