Did not work out of the box

Product did not work straight out of the box. Company made me talk to a tech before approving refund. Tech didn't know what to do. Still waiting on refund.

Not quite what I expected

This product does not work well in windows as it is not truly flat. It still has an actual coax cable in it that did not allow my window to shut all the way. I had to buy a 'ghost wire' that would work instead.
