Quality Control issue!

Got through episode 7 season 1 then started having difficulties! Episode 8 had a glitch about 7 minutes till the end, and disc 3 would not play at all! Inspected the disc, no scratches. Sprayed disc with disc cleaner, and wiped with micro fiber cloth! Still nonfunctional! Had to go to Game Exchange and purchase another Season 1 to finish the season. This appears to be a Quality Control issue! Also, partitions were loose inside the case!
