If you do not need to USB charge this is the way to go.

You get what you pay for. Not bad just annoying.
Product used on a Nikon D750.
The transceiver seems solid enough but the receiver is another story. Battery door slips off to easily. Have to gaffer tape it. The contact plate inside for the batteries fell into the housing and I had to disassemble, put it back in place, and use another piece of gaffer tape to keep it there.
This is not a "bad" product review just a heads up. For 20 dollars you get a remote that allows you to focus before taking the shot and a custom channel frequency. This fills a roll that I do not think the 20 dollar Nikon remote can achieve.
