I love this machine
I have looked at these for a long time. I was looking for a good everyday use machine to really clean my kitchen floor. I had bought the other version made by that other company and I ended up throwing it my back door. It couldn't scrub the floor and left all kinds of water behind. This product is great. I have scrubbed dried mud off the floor. It eats it like candy and asks for more. The first machine I got had a fault and died. This happens with everyone. What counts is how the company takes care of you. I am proud to say Bissell takes care of their customers. Once we did the troubleshooting, they had another machine on the way that day. Thank you bissell team. You can't lose buying this product, great product and great service. 5 star all the way.

Great vacuum at a great price
Love it. It sucks.......in a good way! Easy to use and picks up dirt you didn't know you had.
