A Great and Easy Way to Make Your Dyson Run Like New Again
My old brushroll has been experiencing issues with sections not catching debris. I believe at one point the vacuum sucked up a rope like item that caused the roller to start basically shaving off material as the roller spun and the rope stayed attached to the brush roll. It wasn't until after we saw one side working and the other side working that we took a look and realized the brush roller has a lot of material worn away and several bristles completely gone.
This replacement roller was probably one of the easiest vacuum fixes i could think of (besides replacing the waste canister). A couple screws and a couple fasteners and you can may your Dyson like brand new again. My product was a Dyson DC40 that we've used for years and this year we've been replacing worn out parts on the machine that are generally inexpensive and easy to replace. Honestly, I wish I knew this part was this simple to replace because we've been using our Dyson like the way we have for weeks. The new part grabs everything on thick carpet and its working like new. Highly recommend buying this part if your roller is experiencing any damage due to standard wear and tear.
