  Misrepresented as a size 8 1/2 W ... which, in the USA, means 8 1/2 and NOT 7. "W" means WIDE and NOT "Women's" ... seller misrepresented this item and has given no customer service in response to my contacts ... STEER CLEAR of dishonest sellers!

  I would still offer this buyer a refund, if she will send me back the item. I would not have replied to her feedback at all, but she seems displeased. As I say, I have offered a refund (even though the item was sold as a 'no refund' item), and I wil still abide with whatever EBay decides is fair. I have all the original correspondence as well as my photos of the item.
