defective, terrible

This was a refurbished item, and who ever refurbished it didn't do a good job at all. This was unusable. I could tell the metal comb over the blade wasn't even lined up correctly. It was downright painful to try and use. In fact, it was unusable. It couldn't go 1 second without pulling and snagging on my hair. miserable piece of junk. Only thing useful was the comb and brush that came with it. Otherwise it was a total waste of money.
