Ask that they remove all the music from the nano first

You can't removed the songs from the player directly so you have to load it onto your iTunes and then delete them and it is a pain in the "*@!" I have not actually accomplished this yet. Also, the charger cord didn't fit into the bottom of the nano properly but I had my my own charge cord so I have no problem.A pair of ear buds was included too, which I don't need or want. I would have much preferred just getting a nano that was empty of music.
