perfect for someone who is starting an exercise routine
I work out and i still love this DVD when i need to burn extra calories and work on a target area. It isnt really hard but its not too easy either. The full body workout uses some weights, planks and push ups. YOU will sweat. Gave me a hard abs and a really nice booty.

The tool is iffy. For me it is a very expensive snipper.
A good garden snipper and a utility knife do the same job. The replacement blades are expensive. If you look on YOU TUBE there are warnings to avoid using the razor knife slide out because it can be easily broken and is expensive to replace, (this is for cutting vinyl, drywall or carpet.). What is it good for?. cutting thru soft tubing, medium width plastic rope, Trimming rose bush stalks, very thin wire. It says metal fencing but LOL on that. HOWEVER if you dont have wire or garden snips, or a utility knife I suppose it is a great gadget. Just not for me.
