The real thing, in perfect/new condition.
I've been buying these ornaments from the lenox web site for more $. This is a bargain, very pleased.

A lot of these don't work, this one does.
I am a nurse on a busy med surge unit and the vitals station is usually tied up. If I get a questionable reading from this I can follow later with the station if I need it. I was willing to pay more money for a better unit than a drug store one, and this one was worth it.
