Great even if you're not diabetic

I am not diabetic, but have relatives who have type 2, so I wanted a book with recipes that I would enjoy as well as them. This one really fills the bill. It has sections for people with other dietary constraints as well--gluten-free, kid friendly, vegetarian, etc., but what I like is that the recipes are easy to follow without many exotic ingredients. They're really helping me increase my vegetable eating. Lots of good pictures and very readable type for those of us with less than perfect eyesight.
