A breath of fresh air into the world of diets and dieting.
I found the original edition of this book way back in the 1970's. It was good then and is even better now. This book is well written without fancy jargon, and it reads as if the author is speaking personally to you. It is down to earth, informative and extremely helpful in its suggestions. It won't be for everyone, but it certainly helped me. I purchased this edition because I wanted to own a copy. I need at this time, to be reminded of its sound, common sense, and its insight into a world which is awash (still), with conflicting and often harmful information about diets and dieting. The author also quashes many of the myths surrounding the perceived wisdom of the day put out there by the lucrative dieting industry, but she does it in a non-judgemental way. It champions the truth that our bodies have an inbuilt wisdom as to what and how we should eat. It gives back the reins to the individual and for this I thank Lyn Donovan McCann.

Reliable protection
I have used MacAfee Total Protection in the past and find it relatively simple to understand how my protection is working for me.
The graphics suit me because they are reasonably clear and instructive, however the amount of pop-ups and emails are irritating and I have yet to find out how to stop them. MacAfee are not alone in this though.
Installation was quite straightforward and the price for this one year subscription is exceptional compared to the Auto-renew facility.

A must read.
This is a compelling read indeed and one which is so pertinent to the age in which we live. It is not escapism but hits home with some uncomfortable pointers to our society now. I would recommend it.
