No bad for the money.
It wasn't exactly the correct one for my bike, I had to modify it to get it to fit on my 2015 HD Road Glide Special. Maybe I didn't have the correct mounting bracket. The paint was not an exact match either, but close. I had to really work hard to get the padded backrest on. Overall it does the job and fits quite a bit of stuff.
