Not too bad actually
This device uses a magnetic loop. There is interference as you listen. The size of the earpiece limits how long any battery will last and how loud it can go. Common sense therefore suggests that it wont be perfect. If you understand this you should be happy with something that can easily be used in non-noisy environments for a short period.
It does work within its capabilities.
