Don't let its size fool you..
I have a long, powerfully built toddler who is nearly 3 and towers above her friends of the same age. She fits in this seat with ease and loves being up front with the wind in her face. It also makes for a nicer ride as she can see everything and points out dogs, things she doesn't know the name of, and yellow cars (he favorite) and I am in the best position to communicate with her about all those things as we cycle along.
Installation was straight forward, although the single bolt that secures the seat to the bike mounted bar is confusing as the knob on the end for hand tightening spins freely at times. I assume its so you don't overtighten it (either that or its broken) but still works fine.
The podium bit at the front is exactly what you need so the little ones arms and hands don't interfere with the gears or brakes, and my girl happily falls asleep on it on longer rides. The position and weight distribution of the seat installed in this way is perfect for agility and I never feel off balance when she is onboard with me.
I like to be able to buy an additional mounting bar for my wife's bike for when I can't join them on rides - I wonder if that's possible?
