It's ok ish kind of ok
No problem with the seller but the item kind of sucks. Nice big top bag but the zip is a pain to open. It's the same with the side bags. The side bags are not very big and getting my works bag inside is a pain. The zips are also a pain and the while thing does not sit well on the bike. I'll use it but not happy.

ultrasonic cleaner made it looks great
I thought this ultimate gunk was good. However it's only good in my ultrasonic cleaner so in short my cleaner is doing the work because when used neat on my car or bike it's pants.
