Great DVD
This DVD was great entertainment really enjoyed the show. Thumbs up for Costa!!!

Great cookbook to have
Well I had the same book a long time ago. Lost it whilst moving houses. The recipes in it are great to cook with. I also love cooking so it's a good guide to help me with a few bits and pieces of information that is listed in the cookbook. Great cookbook to have if you want a few Caribbean recipes. So it's a good book to have on hand if you need tips and information. As for recipes easy to follow the step-by-step stuff it is quite good if you are trying it for the first time. There is a few things that the book could have listed a well was mexican and caribbean pickles and preserves, could have added a few other side dishes other then salsas.

Excellent Book
Great book to have with you if you are interested in making some exotic mexican cuisine. In this book everything is well written and easy to follow instructions. Everything in this book from your basic salsas to more advanced moles recipes are excellent. Most of tge ingredients aren't widely available in Australia but there are ways to obtain them.
