This is the ONE for film score aficionados!!
Finally, Kritzerland records has released the "official" film score by the late great motion picture composer, Dimitri Tiomkin.
Every surviving musical note is on this limited edition CD release, with alternate takes and extra music.
While some of the music Tiomkin composed for Frank Capra's IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE was never used or heavily tracked using other music sources in the final cut of the film, what is available on this release is marvelous and identifiably Tiomkin; his undeniable musical trademark is a pleasure and real treasure to listen to over and over.
Even though this CD is limited to 1200 units and is currently sold out, make sure you search this one out - it is worth the time, effort AND money to have this must have film score gem in your collection!!!
