The End Game under $4k
Look no further. These earspeakers will mark the end of any upgraditis you maybe experiencing.
I literally can't describe how amazing these headphones sound like, you just have to audition them. However note, there is a break in time of 15-20 hours, sound quality drastically changes.
Comfort is on the low side. The default pads get sweaty with little effort. There is a mod to swap out the pads and get the bass amplification that these need. Just search for the ultra mod on YouTube by Z Reviews.
Just understand that you'll be getting unparalleled clarity and imaging with these headphones that you won't get from any dynamic or orthodynamic headphone.
If you can find these for under $600 do not hesitate at all! Alternatively look for the SRS 3100 the unit that replaces this model. Anything under a grand is a perfectly acceptable price. Be prepared to experience music the way it's meant to be heard!
