Good idea but needs a little better design
It works until the squirrels pull the springs out and it completely closes. They also pulled off metal clips on the port entrances that were to protect against chewing. I have repaired it & will try it once more.

Should have bigger pictures
The descriptions & pictures were better than most bird books I have used. The one problem is the pictures were too small for my changing eyesight.
