Easy on the stomach wit maximum health benefits....
9 von 11 finden das hilfreich this is the highest mg vitamin .c per serving (meaning i take 1 less pill a day.) that i have ever found. I was surprised to quickly notice a difference between my "old" vitamin c and this one.
As a senior citizen i need all the extra benefits these vitamins offer...COLLAGEN (for the senior citizen skin); ABSORPTION SUPERIORITY (which means i can benefit from the vitamin C much more readily than my regular vit. C.; ANTI- INFLAMMATORY (I take less aspirin every day); CLEARER COGNITION (almost immediately after STARTING TO take these C, I noticed a clearer mind. What I am really I am looking forward to continuing taking these capsules as i want to see if it also helps support my immune system (i.e., decreases allergies, shortens colds, etc. and improves my circulatory system and decreases muscle soreness.
I have taken vitamin c for 30 years. If this version of C consistently continues to offer better health benefits,, I will no doubt change my "old" vitamin c for this one. I doesn't hurt that you can pay less with discounts and bulk purchases! I may start this sooner if COVID19 continues!!!
