He never said it was complete but also didn’t mention there was parts missing. For the price it should be complete. 10 more bucks I could have got a new sealed in box kit. Shoulda done that. If only I had a Time Machine.

Perfect for young kids with Sensory Seeking needs
My son is a sensory seeker and this lights up his day when you bring this out to play with. We already had one, but as soon as Target stopped selling them... it was almost impossible to find a matching one (same color) to put two together to extend the playing space. Glad this was available.
