  Item arrived in safely and in working condition. The shipping took a decent amount longer than normal (Item took roughly a month to arrive, and the package stalled or stayed in one place for nearly 2 weeks. It took a quick email to get things moving again), however this is more so the carrier s fault rather than the seller s. Overall, it s a good experience with the seller, but not with the shipping.

  There was a bad drive discovered prior to shipping. Seller contacted me immediately and offered an amicable solution. Very quick, very professional. Drives have been perfect . Arrived in pristine condition and operating flawlessly. Would happily purchase from again!
