  Item as described & in good packing. Very slow shipping (3 weeks). I would give the seller the benefit of doubt and say maybe the post office is screwing them over, but the second you order, they will mark the item as "Shipped (Untracked)," and when asked, they will tell you they have already shipped the item and you should receive it by a certain date, even when they later post tracking and take nearly a week to give the item to the post office. Nothing technically went wrong, but shady seller.

  The item is in good overall condition and seems to function without issue. It was shipped in a bubblewrap mailer. I was notified of shipment and provided with tracking.
