Good tool but pricey
Excellent tool for plastic pipes upto 42mm Dia OD (40mm waste pipe) it says down to 6mm but I think it would cut even smaller, though I've never gone below 15mm.
The reason why I rated it as poor value is it is so much more than the slightly smaller version but you have no choice if you need to cut 40mm pipe.
Cleen ratchet with twelve steps, it doesn't open after each click either (some do) though you can manually release at any stage.

Best Laptop PSU I have bought
I have bought 5 supplies in recent months (I use them as parts in a set of raspberry pi music players, like sonos players) and this one was the best of all of them, came with a lead too.
