  10/10 for secure, neat, thoughtful packaging. Parcel was shipped several days later than schedule and I communicated with seller who explained they had forgotten to advise me they were away for Xmas leave, and had not entered the 'away' facility. However, I have no hesitation in leaving the seller a 'positive' due to the top class packaging and friendly communication. Besides any of us can forget to do something from time to time, so to leave anything other than 'positive' would be petty!
