Mixed emotions about this purchase. Received my bag squeezed into plastic a4 envelope, and placed into spacious cardboard box. Why??! What is the point of the cardboard box if my order is squashed into envelope? Now I have to figure out what to do to bring this otherwise beautiful Radley back to its normal shape.
