Great Beer

This is a great beer, Easy to make. I used DME and a better yeast to make it, which add to the quality of the beer.

Great cold smoking pellets.

The first time I used them I cold smoked about 5 lb of differents types of chees, 4 lb corn beef, and 3 or 4 lb kilbosey. Everything came out great. The smoked cheese was put into my refrigerator for a week, before I tried it. It's the best I have ever tasted !!! The pellets work better than any wood I ever used. I think It's the blend of different woods and the way they smolder and smoke, with better heat control. This is a great Pellet.
