A friend recommended this book and it has been such a lively experience. It lies on my bed table as I read before sleep time. It’s such a book to read while it invites you to see the images the reading evoques… enjoying every page of it.

In need of updating
This product is out of date. It needs to update taking into account how the world has changed since the pandemic after 2020. I am writing a piece to update stress management and living with overwhelm which I intend to publish. Thanks.
