holographic "pigment"
not the holographic pigment everyone is raving about! this is more of a fine glitter which does not allow you to rub on the bail snoothly like pigment would. not how the pictures look. there is no need to put comored polish si ce the only thing you can see is glitter and the color won't come through. not what i expected at all!
