  Seller marked it as shipped but didn’t actually drop it off for an additional 3 days. Then on top of that, when it actually arrived, the item was not as it was seen in the photos. I submitted a return request and the seller tried to make me send more photos of proof despite already sending photos of the item in the actual return listing. Because of all of this, I would recommend finding a different seller to shop with.

  I requested a refund or exchange the mannequin head from the seller. Seller stated they would provide a full refund and I did not have to return the mannequin head. I have not received a refund as of yet. I m still awaiting it. I really wanted to exchange it for a mannequin head 22 inches in circumference though. I did send an request for the exchange for a 22 inch mannequin head. Unfortunately there was no response response.
