buys an item he already had and returns it with a "NEUTRAL" FEEDBACK! I had NO problem with the return BUT the "NEUTRAL" FEEDBACK was totally uncalled-for! once returned i feel there is NO transaction (this is eBay's fault for letting this happen!!!). i'm NOT demanding-OR-rude...it's just common sense. this was a NO problem return until you left "NEUTRAL" FEEDBACK. next time, PLEASE use common sense before blaming others for your "MISTAKE"! i've been a respected seller on eBay (1998) for 26 yrs.
