You can heal yourself and change your life
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich This book has revolutionized my life. I follow the suggestions in the book and I use the recipes daily. Not only have I lost weight, but serious physical problems have abated. Dr. Hyman talks about inflammation and toxicity in our bodies which cause serious damage to our health. Since working his program, I no longer have fibromyalgia; I am no longer depressed; I feel better than I have felt in years. Dr. Hyman's plan is life changing, and if you are sick and tired about being sick and tired, try this program. You won't regret it. The recipes in the book are gourmet quality. I have since bought the Ultra Metabolism Cookbook. I started making some of the foods for a friend who had to lose weight, and he lost 50 pounds in three months and felt no deprivation nor cravings. I can't say enough good things about this book. No only is the program outstanding, there is free support on the ultra wellness website, including a companion guide which can be downloaded for free. I highly recommend this book.

Beautiful entry set

Since this was a replacement, we wanted to get the same exact one because of the cut outs in the door. We were able to find the exact duplicate. It would have gotten five stars, but the deadbolt lock had to be installed upside down in order for it to work. So now the Schlage name is upside down, the key has to be put in upside down and the deadbolt knob on the interior turns in the opposite direction.
It still works and it looks good except it appears that it was installed improperly, but that's the only way it would work.
